4. New, and Improved Drivers
5. Likely more events
---VLR Season 2 Rules( For Returning Members)---

1. Keep VLR in front of your name until November 1st 2004, unless you want to keep it on after that. If you run with another league, you can take VLR from your name while running that race, and still remain in VLR.
2. Have lot's-and-lot's of fun!

---VLR Season 2 Rules( For NEW Members)---

1. Keep VLR in front of your name until Season 3 starts, and you can take it off if you run another type of league race, just for that race.
2. Don't argue with your Teammates!
3. Have Fun!!
