"Holy Grounds" 40 @ Eagle Raceway

      Here are the results of the fun filled, action packed race at Eagle Raceway.


Heat  Race

1st   GRC        11. 38         40 laps

                 It was a good race for 1st in the B main. GRC had the fastest time of the main with 11.38. He was very proud of his finish. Rac03 had a good race too, after just missing the heat race by seconds, he finished 2nd. Razz only got 4 laps into the race when his car started to ping, or should i say ring.(lol, his telephone at work)Razz was disipointed but theres always next race.

                               3rd     Teo           11.62       7:41.79         39 laps


                               4th     VLR Matt   11.50          DNF            24 laps


          It was an awesome race in the A Main. Nitro had the fastest car all week, qualified on the poll, won the heat, and A main. "This is not my most favorite track."  he said, "but, it feels good to race like i did today." His fastest time of the day was 11.27. He said " today i felt like i wasnt going to do good, running in the late 11.30's early 11.40's befor the race." Fergie had a good car also, running a 11.44 and the only one not getting laped my Nitro.Teo had a good car too. He ran a 11.62. VLR_Matt had a good car, After having a terrible start, he gained on teo but then teo pulled away again. This went on for many laps until lap 16 Matt finally caught and passed teo for second and started to pull away.Teo lost a cilinder on lap 16 and slowly faded away. Matt was slowly creeping up on fergie when all of a sudden, Matt passed out and hylucinated the race cars flying around the track in the air!!! He was forced to pull off the track on lap 24 and that ended his day." I was catching fergie when I saw cars flying around the track" he said," so i had no choice but to pull out of the race." Teo seen the same thing also, but his racing instincts told him to keep moving along.
The race track owner(Razz) said" It happens to this track and others and you just have to live with it"


       The next race on the VLR schedule is the "Rdrunner 25" at Peakview, Saturday April 23, 2005. time is 10:30 est 9:30 ct.  47% wet 25 laps .  Qualifying  IP 65.66.157.49 or 66.141.253.196  Mon- Wed.  5 laps  47% wet. i heard it was a great race, i think  i sould race with you guys more often.  That was a great race for GRC, in his rookie year on this game, he will be great soon to come

Yep, GRC is going to be a very big threat online once he gets some more experience. Congrats to him on his big B-Main win today, and congrats to everyone who showed to make it a success. Sometimes I really hate my job. LOL. Great day at the track all for those  other than me of coarse.                  Matt thats some great reporting. Gonna have to start callin ya


"Scoop". Thanks for all those who showed up and for taking a few minutes of all of your Saturday's to relax a  bit        and have a little bit of fun. Dont matter what age ya are we all need to play a bit. We adults seem to forget that quite a bit but there are some of us(me being a one) that have not forgot.


Next weeks race should prove to be another great day at the track. I have a good feeling about that. Or maybe i just got some  of the stuff Matt had when he started seeing flying cars.           Wait a second I startin to feel funny, did you slip a "mickie"  in on me Matt?                Ahhh, the pretty pretty colors.            


Lmao.Ok before i start tryin to find my old pink floyd and greatful dead albums i will end with just a "hope to see ya all next week and thanks for comin"

Scene from next weeks race report: "VLR_Razz drove his SPAM chevorlet write into the wrong guys inbox" lol...Seriously though, sounds like it was a lot of fun...Next week should be that much better...A lot more VLR should be there too like, rdrunner, wg20, kyrocket, and blk...so we need to get out there and just have fun and kick butt...in the "Morning Caffeine" series, lol. Guys: i dont think ill be making it to peak this week(lol rymhs) because of a track meet on Sat. its tobad because i think i can smoke u guys... or atleast have a chance lol.ran a 17.13 on my second setup race and it would get better lol. GL Guys and hope VLR will take the Checkerd.

LOL matt. Sucks you can't be at race Saturday...it should be a good one though. You can go ahead and qualify just so that we could see where you would have been, lol. I hope VLR will win too...and if we can get a lot of guys there we will have a better chance and we will be able to do better recruiting. I don't know if Nitro or Fergie are wanting to join...Nitro said he may, but right now he is busy...Fergie said he just wanted to run with some more teams, lol...and GRC 56 said that he was wanting to join. So if we just keep kicking butt then who knows...we got a good thing going on, let's keep it up. Later guys,

This is Ray, will GRC ever get on a team, i saw him like one month ago and he wasnt very fast.  What does VLR think bout GRC?  will he ever make it on the team, is he clean?

Okay, this is either GRC himself, or a very close friend, lol. Yes (You) GRC is clean from what I have seen. VLR will let you know what they think about GRC soon enough, lol...we have to race with him more first, though. Later,

Whether he makes the team or not, is yet to be decided...mainly he needs to act professional though, and be a respectable racer.
